The narrative features a "oddly garbed woman named Ada" who assigns the characters with traveling into the Crystalline Cavern—a important location from Attack on Titan—to rescue her friend from a hidden group.

The adventure centers on "strange tests and a terrifying foe" and is accessible to all players who have unlocked the Yasuke character.

The trailer showcases the Hidden Temple from Attack on Titan recreated as the Crystal Cave. This historic location was earlier where the Reiss royal family handed down the Founding Titan ability through ages. The teaser concludes with a striking sequence showing a character, presumably the prisoner, changing into a Titan that rises over Naoe and Yasuke.
